We are based in Dhayari, right above the NKGSB Bank on the second floor of Sundar Samruddhi. People mostly know this spot because of the Pari Company Road. It’s a busy area and we’ve been here for a bit now. We handle property stuff. It’s mostly just us in the office making calls and meeting folks who walk in looking for a house or some land nearby. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything, just a desk and some chairs where we can talk. Most days are spent looking at paperwork or going out to see sites around Haveli and the rest of Pune. It gets loud outside with the traffic but we like the location. It's easy for people to find us since the bank is a good landmark. Sometimes the elevator is slow so most of us just take the stairs to the second floor. Dealing with real estate here means knowing the local streets well. We try to keep things straightforward when someone asks about a flat or an investment. There isn't much to say other than we work hard to keep track of what’s available in the market. If you are around Pari Company Road, you probably passed our building already. We are just a small team trying to get things done. It’s honest work and we stay busy with the local listings and talking to regular people.
