Down in the MIDC area at S-Block Plot No. J-164, that’s where you’ll find our unit. Being in an industrial zone like this means there’s always a lot of activity and trucks coming in and out. We work with chemicals and organics, so the smell is pretty distinct around the plot. We have to wear a lot of safety gear—gloves, masks, and boots. It’s not the most comfortable way to spend an eight-hour shift, but it’s necessary for what we do. The facility itself is mostly tanks, pipes, and blue drums. It’s a practical layout designed for moving fluids and powders around. We don’t have a big fancy office; our desks are tucked into a corner near the production line so we can keep an eye on things. It’s hard work and it requires a lot of attention to detail. One wrong measurement and you have to start a whole batch all over again. We’ve had some long nights here when things weren't turning out right. We don't talk much about visions. We just talk about the temperature of the vats and the quality of the raw materials we got in this morning. It’s a dirty, sweaty job sometimes, but there’s a sense of satisfaction when a shipment is finally ready to go out. We’re just local people doing a specialized job in a corner of the industrial estate. We grab lunch together at the small canteen nearby when we can.
