We have been setting things up here in Pune at house number 639 in the Kalewadi area for a while now. Brandupword Digitalmarketing Privatelimited isn't some big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a bunch of us working out of Rahatani. Most days start with tea and trying to figure out the internet connection. We do digital marketing stuff, mostly on computers, but we keep things grounded. It’s pretty quiet around here usually, except for the traffic nearby. We chose this spot because it's convenient for everyone to get to. Sometimes we work late, other times we head out early if the work is done. It isn't always perfect. We deal with the same issues every small business has, like power cuts or loud neighbors. But we like it here. The local shops know us by now. We just handle the day-to-day tasks as they come. There's no big corporate manual we follow. We just talk to each other and get the jobs finished. If you walk past Kalewadi, you might see us. It’s a decent place to spend the day. We aren't trying to change the whole world or anything. Just doing the work we know how to do from our little corner of Pune. It’s a simple setup, nothing too crazy. We just show up, do the tasks, and head home to our families. That's pretty much how we run things around here every single week for our clients.
