Our place is in the Manikchand Galleria in Model Colony. We are on the third floor in the B Wing, Office 302. Model Colony is a nice area of Pune, and it’s usually quite pleasant to walk around here. We work on capital-related things. It involves a lot of sitting in front of screens and talking to people about their financial goals. The office isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit everyone in. We have a small pantry where we make tea and chat about things other than work sometimes. It’s a pretty relaxed atmosphere most of the time, though it gets a bit tense when the markets are acting up. We aren't a corporate giant. We are just a local business trying to do things right. The Galleria has some other shops and offices, so it’s always lively. We’ve been here for a while and the security guards know us by name now. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or art on the walls. It’s mostly just functional stuff that helps us get through the day. We try to be honest about what we can do and don't make big promises we can't keep. It’s just a group of people working together in a quiet corner of Pune. We enjoy the routine and the familiar faces we see every day in the building. It’s a decent way to earn a living without too much drama.
