Bossini

Our store is located in the Kumar Pacific Mall, specifically at Shop No 42 and 43 on the second floor. Being in Swargate, the mall is a very busy place, especially on the weekends when everyone is out shopping. Bossini is where we work, and it’s mostly just rows of clothes like t-shirts, pants, and sweaters. We spend a lot of our day folding things and putting them back on the hangers after people have tried them on. The mall air conditioning is usually blasting, so we have to wear jackets even when it’s boiling hot outside. We have a small staff here, and we all know each other pretty well. The backroom is always a bit of a disaster area because we have so many boxes of new arrivals that we haven't had time to unpack yet. We don't have any big marketing strategies; we just try to keep the racks looking decent and help people find the right size. During the week it’s a lot quieter, so we spend that time cleaning the mirrors and organizing the stockroom. Swargate is always a bit of a nightmare to drive through, but once you’re inside the mall, it’s a bit more relaxed. We just try to be helpful and make sure we have enough of the popular sizes in stock. It’s a simple retail job and we’ve been doing it here for a while now.
