We are situated in Magarpatta City, over in the Heliconia O building, specifically Flat 402. This is the base for Bny Mellon India Pvt Ltd here in Hadapsar. Magarpatta is a pretty modern area of Pune, but our office still feels like a personal space. Being in a flat gives it a different energy than a standard office building. We have a good view from the fourth floor, which is nice when you need a minute to step away from the computer screen. The atmosphere in Heliconia is generally quiet, so we can get through our tasks without too much noise. We have set up our equipment to be as efficient as possible within the space we have. It is a mix of professional work and a casual, everyday environment. We often walk around the green areas of Magarpatta during our lunch breaks to clear our heads. It is a nice routine that we have built up. We do not put on any airs about being a big international name; in this office, we are just a group of people trying to do a good job. We share the space, help each other out, and keep things simple. It is a practical way to run things, and it works for us. Hadapsar is a growing place, and we are glad to be a small part of it from our spot in Flat 402. It just feels like a good place to work.
