It is a bit of a climb to get up here, but the office in Akshay Heights is a solid place to spend the day. We have been working out of this location for some time now. It is not a fancy corporate park with fountains or anything like that. It is just a building where we have our rooms and our desks. Yogi Park is a decent neighborhood, mostly residential, so it is not as chaotic as the city center. We appreciate the calmer pace. Our daily routine is pretty standard. We get in, check our messages, and start working through the pile of things to do. We talk a lot among ourselves to make sure everyone is on the same page. It is a very hands-on way of doing things. We don’t have a lot of rules about how things look, as long as the work gets done correctly. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to finish, but usually, we try to keep a normal schedule. It is just a group of us in Dhankawadi, making sure everything runs smoothly for Bny Mellon. We like the simplicity of it. It is a real place with real people doing honest work every day.
