At Blueprints Design Consulting Services Private Limited, we work out of Office No 4 on the sixth floor of the Radhai Building. The address is Sno118/2B in Vrindavan Park, right near the Bangalore Highway in Warje, Pune. Being so close to the highway means there is a constant hum of trucks and cars in the background. You get used to it after a while, like a sort of white noise. The Radhai building is a typical commercial-residential mix, and our office is just one of many small businesses operating here. We have a view of the surrounding hills if you look out the window at the right angle, though mostly we are just looking at the traffic. The space is simple. We have our computers, some filing cabinets that probably need sorting, and a small table for meetings that usually ends up covered in papers and coffee stains. It’s not a polished corporate environment. The lift sometimes takes a while to arrive, so some of us just take the stairs if we aren't carrying heavy stuff. We’ve been in Warje for a bit now, and we like the local feel of the neighborhood. There are plenty of small places nearby to grab a quick lunch. We don't spend much time on decorations or branding inside the office. We just focus on the work and try to stay on top of our deadlines.
