If you’re looking for Blossom Real Estate Agency, we are located in the Gulmohar Kubera Industrial Area. Our specific spot is 14/20 in the Darukhana section. It’s not the kind of place you’d expect for a real estate office, as it’s quite industrial and rugged around here. We deal with all sorts of properties, but being based in Darukhana means we see a lot of the hardworking side of the city. The office is simple, just a place to keep the keys and the files. We spend most of our time out on the road anyway, showing people different sites or checking on buildings. The Gulmohar Kubera area is always busy with trucks and workers, so there’s a lot of energy. We don’t have a big window display with pictures of houses. Usually, people just call us or come to the door at 14/20. We talk to a lot of different people, from shop owners to families, and we just tell them how it is. There’s no fancy talk here. We know the streets around here pretty well. It’s a lot of walking and talking and trying to find the right fit for someone. Some days are long, and the dust from the industrial area gets everywhere, but we just keep at it. It’s just a small agency trying to help people find their space. We don't make it complicated, we just show the property.
