Bloomsap Online Engagement Llp is run out of Flat A/104 in the Indrapuram building, which sits at Sr. No 44/A/2/1. It’s more of a residential setup than a typical glass-walled office building, which makes the whole place feel a bit more relaxed. We’ve turned the living area into our main workspace where the team gathers. It’s nice because we have a small kitchen right there for when someone wants to make lunch or a round of tea. Indrapuram is a decent complex, and it’s usually pretty calm around here during the day, though it picks up when people get back from work in the evenings. We’ve got our computers set up where the dining table used to be, and the balcony gives us a spot to step out for some air when we need a break from staring at the monitors. It can be a little tricky for delivery people to find the right wing sometimes, but they eventually get there. We don’t really do much in terms of fancy office furniture or decorations; it’s mostly just functional stuff that helps us stay on track with our work. Living and working in the same general area makes life a bit easier for those of us here. We aren’t trying to be anything we’re not, just a group of people working together in a flat. It’s a practical way to run things, and it keeps the atmosphere quite friendly and informal among us.
