Blessed Homes

Blessed Homes is based in Ganesh Estate over in Budhwar Peth. We’ve been working out of this small office for some time now. Dealing with property and homes in this part of the city is always interesting. It’s a crowded area with a lot of history. We spend our days talking to people who are looking for a place to stay or trying to sell what they have. It’s not like the big real estate firms you see on TV. We mostly handle local stuff. The office is tucked away at number 9, so you have to look for the sign. We have folders full of papers and old maps of the area. Sometimes the process of getting documents sorted takes forever, and we have to explain the delays to frustrated clients. It’s just the nature of the business here. We try to be honest about what a place looks like instead of making it sound better than it is. Most people who come to us are just looking for a decent roof over their heads. We know the streets around here very well. It gets loud outside with all the market noise, but inside we just focus on getting the deals done. It’s a small team here, just a few of us who know the neighborhood inside out. We don't have a fancy website, just some basic listings and a phone that never stops ringing most days.
