We are based at Flat Number 6 in Ramkrishna Apartment, which is near the Nirmal Township on Suncity Road. This is in the Anand Nagar area, just off Sinhgad Road in Pune. Bizsolindia Services Pvt Ltd is the name we go by. It’s a standard residential building, so our office feels a lot like a home. We’ve got a few rooms filled with desks and equipment. It’s not a shiny corporate tower, but it works for us. Sinhgad Road can be a bit of a nightmare during rush hour, but we’ve learned the best times to move around. The neighborhood is pretty lively with lots of shops and small eateries around Anand Nagar. We usually grab tea from the stall down the street when we need a breather. Our day-to-day is mostly just handling tasks and making sure our records are straight. We don't have a bunch of managers or a HR department making rules; it’s just a small group of us working together. There are stacks of paper on most surfaces, and the furniture has seen better days, but it’s a comfortable place to work. We don't really go in for those big mission statements or glossy advertisements. We just focus on the work that comes across our desks and try to get it finished. It’s a simple, no-nonsense kind of office in a busy part of Pune.
