You can find Bhawani Caterers over on Salunke Vihar Road, specifically at Sr No 63/8. We’re right next to Oxford Blues in Kedari Nagar, which is part of the Wanworie area. The location is quite good for us because it’s easy for our vans to get in and out without getting stuck. We spend most of our days dealing with large quantities of food and equipment. It's a lot of physical labor, moving heavy pots and making sure everything is cleaned properly after a job is done. We don't have any fancy office furniture or air conditioning in our workspace. It’s just a place where the work gets done. Sometimes it’s a bit messy with crates of empty bottles or sacks of grain sitting near the entrance waiting to be moved. We handle all sorts of events, from small house parties to bigger gatherings at the local community halls. We don't use any pre-made mixes. Everything is ground and mixed right here in our own kitchen. You can usually smell the garlic and ginger being fried from quite far down the street. It’s a noisy place with people shouting orders and the constant hiss of the gas burners. We’ve had the same staff for a long time, so we all know what needs to be done without much talking. We don’t have a marketing team. Most of our customers are people who have eaten our food before at some other party.
