Bhavnagari Estate Agency is based over at Shop No 1/9 Gitanjali Kunj. We are on Ambedkar Road, specifically in the Camp area within the Kiran Industrial Estate. It’s right opposite Nehru Memorial Hall, so most people don't have a hard time finding where we sit. Real estate is a lot of talking and walking around. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at papers. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to get the work done. Ambedkar Road can get quite noisy with all the industrial stuff going on around here, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. Some days we are out visiting sites and other days we’re just stuck behind the desk. It’s a lot of paperwork and meeting different kinds of people. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. People come in, ask about properties, and we tell them what we know. It’s pretty straightforward. Being across from Nehru Memorial Hall helps because it’s a big landmark. Sometimes people just wander in because they were nearby. We keep the files in order as best as we can. It’s a small operation here at Gitanjali Kunj. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us making sure everything moves along like it should. It’s a busy life but it keeps us moving.
