Bharti Property is located right on Sinhagad Road, specifically at 118A/D/1/7. Being right opposite Big Bazar means there is always a crowd nearby, which makes the day go by fast. We deal with houses and land around here. It’s a lot of walking around and showing places to families or people looking for a shop. The road is always packed with cars and bikes, especially in the evenings when everyone is out. Our office is a straightforward space where we keep our listings in big plastic binders. People come in mostly to ask about what's available in the area. We know the streets around here pretty well since we've spent so much time traversing them on our scooters. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just checking papers and making sure people find what they need. Sometimes we have tea while waiting for a client who is stuck in traffic. The sign outside is simple and a bit faded from the sun. We don't do much fancy advertising. Most people just see us when they are out shopping at Big Bazar and decide to stop in for a quick chat. It’s a good spot to be. We handle the usual property stuff, nothing too out of the ordinary. Every day is a bit different depending on who walks through the door. We just try to stay organized and help folks out with their property questions. It's a local business, through and through, just part of the Sinhagad Road life.
