Bharati Properties

Bharati Properties is situated on Sinhagad Road. If you know Pune, you know Sinhagad Road is almost always packed with traffic, especially near the canal. Our office sits along this busy stretch. It is a place where you can hear the constant hum of engines and the occasional horn from the buses passing by. We have a small sign outside so people don't miss us, but it’s easy to do if you’re driving too fast. The interior of our place is pretty basic. We have some plastic chairs for visitors and a big desk where most of the work happens. There are maps of the local area pinned to the walls, though some of them are getting a bit yellow at the edges. We don't really go for the high-end look because that’s not who we are. We are just regular people working on Sinhagad Road. Sometimes we stand out front just to get a bit of fresh air, even if it is a bit smoky from the cars. The neighborhood has everything you need nearby, from small snack stalls to bigger shops. We usually get our lunch from one of the places just down the street. It’s a busy life here, and we are just part of the daily grind like everyone else in this part of the city. We just keep our heads down and do our work.
