Our office for Better Homes Property Consultants is located in Pune, specifically in the Somwar Peth area. We are on the 3rd floor of Kamala Heights, Flat No 14. Barke Lane is where you’ll find the building. It’s a bit of an old-school neighborhood, so things can get a little crowded on the streets, but that’s just Pune for you. We’ve been at this 433 D address for a long time. The office itself is just a regular flat we converted so we could have a place to meet and talk about property. There’s a lot of paper moving through here every day. People come in to ask about land or flats, and we just tell them what we know based on what we’ve seen in the city over the years. We don't use any high-tech gadgets or have a flashy waiting room. Usually, there’s just a few chairs and maybe a newspaper from two days ago on the table. We know the Barke Lane area inside out because we walk these streets every day to get lunch or meet people. It’s a practical setup for what we do. We aren't a corporate giant with hundreds of employees. It’s just us here, trying to give regular advice without making things more complicated than they need to be. We start early and usually head home once the sun goes down and the traffic starts getting really bad. It’s a steady pace that works for us and the people we deal with daily.
