Sadashiv Peth is one of those old parts of Pune where every corner has a story, and that’s where you’ll find us. We are located in the Shree Laxmi Narsinha Apartments, specifically on the second floor in flat number S1. The address is 1424, and it’s right opposite the Pune Vidyarthi Gruha, which is a big landmark in this area. Being in the heart of the city means it’s always loud outside with horns and people talking. B.E.Bilimoria & Co. Ltd. has been based here for quite some time. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, but we’ve gotten used to them. Inside, it’s a typical office setup with desks piled with paperwork and a few computers that have seen better days. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you just walk in and find someone at their desk. The area is famous for its traditional Maharashtrian culture and the small eateries that serve great Poha and Sabudana Khichdi nearby. We often grab a quick snack from the stalls around Sadashiv Peth when we have a break. It's a tight-knit community, and we know many of the other business people in the building. Our focus is just on getting through the workload and making sure the files are in order. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that, just people working in an apartment office.
