Bde-Pro Spacemedia Private Limited is over on the Bibvewadi-Kondhwa Road in Pune. Our office is in Kumar Park, specifically flat 19 in Block H. It’s a big residential society, and we’ve been here for a bit now. The address is a bit of a mouthful with all the survey numbers, but once you find Pl A Sr 571/572, you’re basically there. Being in Bibvewadi means we are close to a lot of stuff but tucked away enough that it’s not too noisy. The office is basically a converted apartment, which gives it a very casual feel. We have our desks set up in the main room and the balcony is where we go when we need a break from the screens. We do a lot of space-media work, which mostly involves a lot of planning and looking at data. It’s not the most glamorous looking office you’ll ever see. There are wires running along the floor and boxes in the corner that we haven't unpacked in months. We usually grab lunch from one of the small mess places nearby or the canteen. Pune weather is usually nice, so we keep the windows open most of the time. It’s a good group of people here. We don't bother with corporate talk or fancy titles. We just show up, do the media work that needs doing, and head home. It’s a regular job in a regular Pune neighborhood, and that works for us.
