Balaji Estate

Balaji Estate is located at D-123 in the Mega Centre, which is in the Hadapsar Village area, near Baran Hara in Tehsil Ludhiana. It’s a busy place with a lot of different businesses around us. We’ve been set up here for a while, dealing with land and property in the surrounding area. Ludhiana is big and it keeps growing, so there is always something happening. Our office is pretty basic. We have some chairs and a table where we go over maps and documents. We spend quite a bit of time traveling between the office and different plots of land. Sometimes the roads are bad, and it takes longer than expected, but we eventually get there. We don't have a big marketing budget. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here a long time and know a lot of the local landowners. It’s a lot of face-to-face talk. You can't really do this kind of work just over the phone. You have to go out, stand on the dirt, and see what’s what. We handle the paperwork and try to make the process as simple as possible for people who aren't used to it. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do. If you need to find us, we are usually at the Mega Centre during the day, unless we are out on a site visit. We try to be helpful without being pushy about anything. That’s just how we operate.
