You can find us over at 2 Chinchwad 43A Cross, on the 6th Main in Empire Estate. Being in Empire Estate means we’re always seeing new faces and people moving their things in or out. It’s a big place, and we’ve spent a lot of time learning every corner of it so we can actually tell people where they’re going. Our agency is a small setup, nothing too fancy, just a place to keep our records and meet with people who are looking for a place to stay or sell. The 6th Main gets a bit of traffic during the day, so there’s always something going on outside the window. We spend a lot of our time walking from building to building, checking on keys and making sure everything is ready for the next person. It’s a lot of footwork, but it keeps us healthy I suppose. We don't use big words or try to act like we’re more than a local shop. Most of our day is just talking to people, listening to what they need, and seeing if we have anything that fits. Sometimes we don't, and we just say so. It’s better to be straight with folks. If you’re walking near the 43A cross, you’ll probably see us or one of our guys heading to a viewing. We’ve been here long enough that most of the security guards and shopkeepers know us by name now.
