If you head over to Korda in the Achalpur area, you’ll find us at House Number 24. This is where Bag Dev Baba Agro Producer Company Limited is based, at the home of Shri Ramesh Shamrao Ghumaware. We are a small team, mostly just folks from the local area who have spent our lives around agriculture. Korda is a place where you have to work hard for what you get, and we’ve tried to bring that same spirit to our company. Our office is just a simple setup in the house. We don’t have shiny furniture or expensive gadgets. We mostly just have our registers, some chairs for visitors, and plenty of talk about the local crops. Being an agro producer company in Achalpur means we are always keeping an eye on the weather and the local markets. It’s a lot of work to keep everyone on the same page, but we do our best. We aren’t interested in sounding like a big corporate entity. We speak the same language as the people who come to see us. Sometimes the work is frustrating, like when the paperwork gets complicated or the prices aren't what we hoped for. But that’s just part of the job. We stay focused on the day-to-day tasks that keep the company running. We like being based in Korda because it keeps us close to the land and the people we serve. It’s a straightforward life.
