You can find us at Flat no.1 in the Amogh Apartment building. This is located at Survey No. 63/80 in Kedari Nagar, which is part of Pune City. It’s a residential-style building, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We like it that way at Aze Dsign Genesisx Llp. Being in Pune, specifically the 411040 area, means we are away from the heaviest city traffic, though it’s still pretty lively. Our work space is basically a few rooms where we set up our equipment. We do a lot of design work here, so there is usually stuff spread out on the tables. It’s a small team, and we all know each other well. Sometimes the neighbor’s kids are playing outside, and you can hear the normal sounds of the apartment block. We don’t have a big sign or a fancy lobby to show off. We just open the door in the morning and get to work. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad compared to other parts of Maharashtra. We usually make our own tea in the small kitchen area we have. It’s a simple, practical way to run a business, and we prefer it over being in a big glass tower. We just focus on getting the designs right and finishing our work on time. Sometimes the rainy weather makes the garden outside look really nice.
