AYV REALTORS PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of Sadhu Waswani Road in Pune. We are over in Building 2, on the 4th floor, in a place called S Waswani Kunj. The area is quite central, so there's always a lot of traffic and people moving about. Our office is a simple one. We don't go for anything too polished or high-end. It’s just a place where we sit and handle real estate documents all day. The 411001 area has a lot of history, and we see all kinds of property cases come across our desks. Some are simple, some are a real headache, but we just take them as they come. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us making sure things get done. Most of the time, we are busy with local clients or just trying to keep the office files organized. The building itself is older, and sometimes things like the plumbing or the lights act up, but we make it work. It’s a practical environment for a realty business. We don't spend money on fancy marketing; we just focus on the actual work that needs doing. It’s a lot of daily effort, but it keeps us busy and connected to the neighborhood. We don't have any grand speeches, just a bunch of desks and some hard-working people trying to make a living in the real estate world here. We usually head home before it gets dark.
