Ayush Agrovate Private Limited is based out of Wagholi, which is on the edge of Pune. Our space is up in Flat A-501 at Mayuri Enclave on Kesnand Road. If you know that area, you know how busy it gets with all the new buildings and the trucks passing by. We spend a lot of time looking at Gat numbers 1096 and the ones next to it. It’s mostly about getting the right materials to the right people at the right time. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular home-office setup where we keep our records and meet people. We have a lot of conversations about seeds and soil and how the weather is changing things for the farmers around Maharashtra. It’s hard work and it isn’t always clean. Sometimes we are out in the dust and other times we are stuck behind a desk. We don’t bother with big speeches or fancy titles here. Everyone just does a bit of everything. Whether it’s handling the filing or going out to check on a shipment, we just get it done. It’s a bit noisy with the construction nearby in Wagholi, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We just want to keep things running steady without too much fuss. It takes a lot of patience to work in this industry, but we have plenty of that.
