Mittal Agriculture

Mittal Agriculture is tucked away at 33/1, 59, Nivara in the Vidyanagar area. It’s a place where we spend most of our time talking about the weather and the soil. Farmers from around the region stop by to see what we have and to ask a few questions about their crops. We aren't some massive supply center, just a local spot that knows the people around here. The shop is filled with bags and tools, and it has that specific earthy smell that you only find in agriculture businesses. Vidyanagar is a nice enough place, though it’s busy during the planting season when everyone is in a hurry. We try to keep things organized, but during the peak months, it usually looks a bit messy with stuff stacked up wherever there is space. My father started this and now I’m the one mostly looking after things, though he still comes in to sit and chat with the old customers. It’s a slow kind of business in some ways, depending on the rain and the time of year. We don't have any fancy signs or big ads, just the word of mouth from people who have been coming here for decades. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to sit in the dark for a bit, but it gives us a chance to take a break. It’s just a simple life focused on the land and the people who work it.
