Our small office for Avinash Real Estate is over at 41518 Thergaon, and the best way to find us is to look for Gavhane Hospital. We are right near there. It’s a busy little corner of Thergaon, with the hospital traffic and the local shops nearby. The office isn't much to look at, just a plain door with our name on it. Inside, it’s usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and tea cups, but we know where everything is. We are just a small group of local people who decided to work together in the property business. We don't have a corporate office in a skyscraper. We just have a few desks and some old fans to keep the air moving. Most of the people who walk in are neighbors or folks who live in the nearby apartment blocks. We spend a lot of time out on the road, checking on different plots or meeting with owners. Because we are so close to Gavhane Hospital, it’s easy to give people directions, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We don't use any fancy sales tactics or scripts. We just talk to people like we are talking to a friend over tea. It’s a practical, everyday kind of job and we don't try to make it sound like anything more than that. The hospital nearby means there are always sirens and people moving about, so it never feels lonely here. We have a small corner for our files that keeps getting bigger. We usually finish up when the street lamps come on.
