Avinash Nawathe & Associates

Our spot is in Building A of Chandrai Sanklap, specifically Flat 301. We’re located in Dattanagar, Pune, which is a bit of a trek for some, but it’s where we’ve set up shop. The office is basically a flat that we’ve converted to fit our needs. Avinash Nawathe & Associates has been here long enough that the mailman doesn't even have to look at the number anymore. It’s a third-floor walk-up, which keeps us moving, though it’s not always fun when we’re carrying heavy boxes of files. Inside, it’s a bit crowded. Every corner has something in it, whether it’s a spare printer or a stack of old ledgers. We don't have a professional cleaning crew coming in every night, so there’s a bit of clutter, but we know where everything is. The balcony gives us a view of the street below, which is nice when you need a break from the screen. We keep the windows shut most of the time because of the noise from the road, but the fans keep it decent inside. It’s not a high-tech hub; it’s just a place where we sit down and get through the day's work. We don't have any big corporate goals other than finishing what’s on our desks. It’s just us, some old furniture, and a lot of work to do in Dattanagar. We like the independence of having our own little corner here.
