You can find Avinash Jagtap & Associates at Office No. 301 on the 3rd floor of Gulabtara Complex. We are out on Nagar Road in Wagholi, Pune. If you look for the Pawana Sahakari Bank, we are right above them. It’s a 412207 area. The office is usually filled with rolls of paper and various folders. We’ve been based in Wagholi for a bit now and it’s grown a lot. There’s a lot of traffic on Nagar Road, but once you get up to the third floor, it’s a bit quieter. We aren't some big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just us working on various projects. Most of the day is spent on the computer or talking to people about their building plans. It’s a lot of technical stuff that we try to simplify. We don't have any fancy receptionists or anything like that. If you come in, you'll probably see us right at our desks. We try to be sensible about how we work. It’s a straightforward office for people who need help with their construction projects. Sometimes the elevator in the building is a bit slow, so keep that in mind if you visit. We’re just trying to get the drawings right and keep the projects moving forward. It’s not always easy, but we’ve been doing it long enough to know the ropes.
