Our office is located right on Bhandarkar Road in Shivaji Nagar, which is a pretty well-known spot in Pune. We are in Building B of Indira Apartment, specifically Office No 401. It’s a bit of an older building, but it works for us. AVEON REALTORS LLP is a small team and we handle various real estate tasks from this space. Being in S.No. 861 means we are right in the middle of a lot of local activity. Sometimes the noise from the street gets in, but you get used to it. We don't have any flashy signs or a big corporate headquarters. It’s just a functional office where we do our daily work. We spend a lot of time on the phone and meeting with people who want to buy or rent in the 411004 area. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking details, which isn't always exciting but it needs to get done. We aren't interested in using fancy words to describe what we do. We just help with property stuff. The office can get a bit cluttered with maps and documents, but that's just part of the job. Most of us have been around Pune for a long time, so we know the streets pretty well. It’s just a regular local business trying to keep things moving. We usually close up around six and head home through the Shivaji Nagar traffic. It is a simple life and simple work, and we are quite alright with that. No fuss, just daily tasks.
