Autis Real Estate

We set up Autis Real Estate at L/49 over in Yerwada, right on Bellary Road. It’s a good location because we get to see everyone coming and going from the city. The office is a bit small, just a converted space that fits our desks and a few chairs for when people visit. We spend a lot of our time out on Bellary Road looking at different properties or meeting landlords. Yerwada is an interesting place to work because things are always shifting around. We don't have a big marketing team or anything fancy. It's just us keeping track of which flats are empty and who's looking to move. The phone rings a lot, mostly people asking about prices or wanting to see a place before the weekend. We try to keep our paperwork in order, though it piles up sometimes. Working in real estate here means you have to be ready to move fast. The traffic on Bellary Road can be a headache, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We like being based in Yerwada because it feels like the heart of things. We just do our job, show the properties we have, and help people settle into the neighborhood. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
