We are based in Pune, out in the Yewalewadi area. Our office is in Kanchan Comfortz, specifically in unit B-808. It is located near Nimbalkar Estate, which is a fairly easy landmark to find. We do design work here. It is a decent spot and thankfully not right in the middle of the heavy city traffic, which is always a relief. We have our computers and various drafting tools set up. It is a small group of us working together. We spend a huge amount of time looking at different designs and tweaking things until they look right. The building is a standard residential and commercial mix for this part of Pune. We have neighbors who are just living their lives, and then there is us in 808 working on our projects. We do not have a big sign outside or anything like that. Most of our clients just call or email us anyway, so it works out. It is a practical way to run a design business without all the extra overhead. We do not need a fancy studio to do our work, just a decent desk and a bit of quiet. Yewalewadi is growing quite fast, so there is often some construction noise nearby, but we have gotten used to it over the months. We try to keep things simple here. We just like making things look good and making sure all the files are sent out to the right people on time.
