Started the shop on Baba Balak Nath Mandir Road because it's a busy spot in Shankar Nagar. Mostly it's just us fixing whatever comes through the door. Computers are annoying when they don't work and people usually come in looking stressed out. We've got a lot of spare parts lying around the counter. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit and wait. It’s a small space, really, at number 603, but it gets the job done. Most days are the same, just opening up, cleaning the dust off the monitors, and seeing who stops by. We’ve seen Jaswant Nagar change a lot over the years. People bring in laptops that have had tea spilled on them or won't turn on for no reason. We don't have fancy coffee machines or anything. Just a few desks and some screwdrivers. It’s hard work squinting at small chips all day. The road outside is always loud with traffic near the temple. We try to keep things simple here. If it can be fixed, we do it. If not, we tell you straight. It’s not a big corporate office with people in suits. We wear jeans and stay late if someone really needs their machine back for a morning meeting. That's just how we do things around here. It gets dusty, we sweep it up, and start again the next morning.
