Atharva Estate

We are based in Aundh, right near the Gurudwara. It’s a spot that’s easy to find because everyone knows the landmark. Our office isn’t much to look at, just some chairs and a desk that’s always covered in files and folders. We spend most of our days talking to people who are looking for a place to stay or wanting to sell their old family homes. It’s a lot of running around the neighborhood to show flats and shops. Sometimes the traffic near the Gurudwara gets really backed up, especially on holidays, so we end up walking to most of our meetings nearby. It’s good exercise I guess. We have a small team here, just three of us who know these streets like the back of our hands. We’ve seen Aundh change quite a bit over the years. New buildings come up and old ones get torn down, but we just keep doing what we do. We don't use any fancy software to track things, just our notebooks and a lot of phone calls. It’s a bit messy sometimes but we get the job done. People stop by just to have a glass of water and ask about the market. We don't mind. It’s just part of being a local business in this area. We aren't trying to be a big corporate chain. We just want to help our neighbors find a decent roof over their heads without too much trouble or confusing talk.
