The name of the company is a mouthful, ASTVATS MEZ HET MAKUR TSAGHIK REALTIES INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED, but mostly we just focus on the local real estate stuff here in Pune. It’s a quiet building for the most part, though things can get a bit lively in the afternoons. Working from a residential-style building like this makes the day feel a bit more relaxed than being in a big glass skyscraper. We handle a lot of different property queries and try to keep everything straight with the local regulations and documents. The neighborhood is growing quite a bit, so there is always something new happening down the street. We don’t really do the whole corporate polish thing.
