ASPURE REALTY LLP

We are over here at Chordia G Haveli in Pune, working out of office 802 on the eighth floor. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and paperwork. The area around Sr.No.36/1/1 is usually quite busy, so getting to the office in the morning can be a bit of a challenge with the local traffic. ASPURE REALTY LLP is basically just a few of us trying to keep things organized for people looking at properties around here. It isn't a huge operation. We spend most of our time dealing with local real estate matters and making sure the files are in order. Sometimes the elevator in the building takes a while, but once you're up on the 8th floor, it’s a decent place to work. We’ve been here for a bit now and know the Maharashtra-411045 area pretty well. It’s not fancy, just a regular office space where we handle the daily tasks of a realty firm. People stop by to ask about plots or flats, and we do what we can to find the right paperwork for them. It gets noisy outside sometimes because of all the development going on nearby. We just focus on our desk work and try to stay on top of the local market changes. It’s practical work. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that, just some desks, computers, and a lot of coffee to get through the afternoon slump. It is what it is, just a local spot in Pune where the work gets done. We usually head home once the files are sorted.
