Having the college so close means there are always students and people moving around the area. It keeps things feeling active. Our office is a simple one. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out looking at properties, so we don’t need a massive, polished headquarters. It’s a functional space where we keep our records and meet people when they need to sign something. Karve Nagar is a familiar area to us, and being near Tin Rasta makes it easy for people to drop by. The office itself is a bit small, and sometimes it gets a little cluttered with maps and property listings. We aren't really the type to have a big marketing team or fancy brochures. We just talk to people plainly about what they're looking for. The building we are in is an older one, so it has a bit of character, though the plumbing can be temperamental sometimes. We’ve got a few desks and a couple of chairs for visitors. It’s a practical base for what we do. We like the fact that we're in a spot where people actually live and study, rather than some isolated business park. It makes the work feel more connected to the neighborhood.
