We’ve been here at the ground floor on Gokhale Nagar for a while now. Most folks around Talegaon Station Road know where we are because we’re easy to spot when you're heading toward the station. It’s just a small office where we handle real estate stuff and some insurance work on the side. Honestly, it gets busy with people coming in asking about flats or wanting to renew their bike insurance, and sometimes it's just us sitting with some tea waiting for the next person. We aren't doing anything fancy. It’s just regular paperwork and helping neighbors find a place to stay or making sure their policies are up to date so they don't get into trouble. The traffic on the road can get pretty loud during the day, but we like being in the middle of things. We started this because there was a need for someone local who knows the area well. My desk is usually covered in folders and some old newspapers, but I know where everything is. If you’re walking past the ground floor near the station road, you can just pop in. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything, just a few chairs for people to sit while we look through the listings. It's a simple setup. We try to keep things straightforward without making it more complicated than it needs to be. Living and working in the same neighborhood makes it easy for us to keep track of what's happening nearby.
