Arvn Advertising Llp is tucked away in Erandawana, Pune. Our office is number 42 at Yugay Mangal, right opposite Gandhi Lawns. If you know the area, you know it’s a pretty well-known landmark. We’re in a building that’s been around for a while, so it has that lived-in feel. Advertising is what we do, but we don't act like those fancy agencies you see on TV. We’re more about just sitting down and getting the work out the door. The office is on Sr No 39/2/2, and it’s a bit of a maze sometimes if you’re new here. We have a lot of coffee and tea to keep us going during the day. Pune weather is usually better than Mumbai, so we keep the windows open when it isn’t too dusty outside. We’ve got some old posters on the walls and too many cables running along the floor. It’s not perfect, but it’s our space. We don't really have those big boardrooms. We usually just huddle around someone’s desk to talk about a project. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we know each other's habits. It’s a practical way to work. No one wears a suit here unless they really have to for a meeting elsewhere. We just focus on the ads and making sure the clients get what they asked for. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Friday.
