They are piled up everywhere because we try to keep a lot of stock in a small space. It's a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just the nature of a market shop. We get a lot of students coming in because of the colleges nearby. They are always looking for something cheap but good that will survive the commute. We also get families looking for suitcases before they go on holiday. The lighting in the shop isn't the best, and it can get quite dusty with all the bags, but we don't mind it much. We spend most of our day talking to customers and showing them different options. There's no pressure to buy; we just let people look around. We've been in Phase Iv for a long time and have seen the market grow and change. It’s a loud, vibrant place to work every day. We don't have a fancy logo or anything like that. We just put the bags out and hope people like what they see. It’s just honest work in Pune.
