We work out of Aroma Bunglow, which is H.No. 61 on Lane No. 13 in Kalyani Nagar. It’s in Pune, 411006. Working from a bungalow instead of a high-rise office building makes things feel a bit different. It’s a lot more relaxed. We have our desks set up in what used to be living spaces. There is a bit of a garden outside, though we don’t spend as much time in it as we should. Most of our day is spent handling property matters for people in and around Kalyani Nagar. It’s a nice area of the city. We are ARMN Properties, and we just focus on the local real estate market. We aren't a huge firm with branches everywhere. We just stay here in Lane 13 and do our work. People often drop by for a chat about what’s available or what the prices are doing. We don't have a formal reception. You just walk in and we talk. It’s practical and straightforward. We spend a lot of time on local paperwork and checking out the houses in the nearby lanes. It’s a good way to work. We know the neighborhood well because we are right in the middle of it. No fancy suits or corporate meetings here. Just a small group of people trying to help other people with their property needs in Pune.
