It’s a central spot, so we see a lot of what goes on in the city. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s just where we sit and handle our real estate business. We’ve been in Pune-411030 for quite a while now. We don't have a big reception area or a lot of fancy decorations. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of maps of Maharashtra pinned to the walls. We spend our days talking to people and going through property registrations. Navi Peth is a neighborhood we know very well. We’ve walked these streets a thousand times checking on different estates. We don't use any of that marketing language you hear from big firms. We just tell people the facts about the properties we’re dealing with. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, but we don't mind the stairs. It’s a practical life. We focus on the details and try not to miss anything in the paperwork. It’s a small team here, so everyone does a bit of everything. We like being part of the local community on L B Shastri Road. It feels like home to us, and we just keep at it.
