The building, Akshay Park, is a sturdy place and we’ve been here long enough that we know the security guards by name. Aundh Road can get pretty busy during rush hour, so we try to time our errands accordingly. Inside Flat No.11, it’s just a normal work environment. No big mission statements on the walls, just some calendars and notes. We don't really have a front desk or a receptionist. If someone knocks, one of us just gets up and opens the door. It’s a very practical way to run Arc Digitech. The Maharashtra heat is a thing we deal with every day, but the windows in the flat get a decent breeze if the wind is right. Thergaon is a growing area, so there’s always something new being built nearby, but our little corner of Akshay Park stays pretty much the same. We like the consistency of this place and it’s where we do our work. It’s a simple setup for our daily operations.
