Aparaa Advisors Private Limited is based out of Pune. Specifically, you can find us at Flat No-305 in the Surya Chs building. We are located right opposite the Sunshree Gold Building on Nibm Road. This part of Pune, the 411048 area, is quite a popular spot. Our office is just a regular flat where we do our advisory work. It’s a comfortable place to spend the day. Nibm Road can get pretty packed with cars and people, especially in the evenings, but it’s a good location for a business. We’ve been here for a while now. We share the building with families and other small offices. It’s not a corporate park; it’s just a standard community building. We like the neighborhood because there are plenty of places to grab tea or a quick snack nearby. Most of our work is done right here at the desk in room 305. We don't have any big signs out front, just the name on the door. It’s a simple way of working. We deal with people from all over Maharashtra, but this is where we call home. We keep things low-key and just focus on the daily tasks. It’s a practical spot for us and it works well for the type of company we are. We've managed to fit our desks and files into the space quite well over the years. It’s just home for us.
