You can find us at Karan Tej Bonita on Ghole Road in Shivajinagar. We are in office 501. The building is CTS No. 1187/16. This part of Pune, the 411005 area, is where we do all our real estate business. We’ve been here for a while. The office is pretty standard. We have some desks, some chairs, and a lot of folders full of property details. It’s not the kind of place with a waterfall in the lobby. It’s just an office where people work. We deal with a lot of land and building projects. Usually, the phone is ringing or someone is dropping off a check or a document. We like Ghole Road because it’s central. It makes it easy to meet people from all over the city. Our team is small and we don’t really go in for corporate talk. We just speak plain English and get to the point. Most days involve a lot of driving around to look at different sites. Shivajinagar is a busy hub, so there is always something happening right outside our window. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand. Real estate isn't always easy, but it’s what we know. We just stay here and handle the daily grind of the Pune property market. It’s steady work and we are happy to do it.
