Anshul Estates

Anshul Estates is located in Kothrud Phase Iii. We have been working out of this area for quite some time now. Kothrud is a busy part of the city, and Phase Iii has its own rhythm. We don't have a huge, shiny office. It's just a place where we sit and talk to people about property and land. We aren't corporate types who wear suits every day. Most of the time we are out on the field or just sitting here with a cup of tea. We know the local roads and the blocks around here really well. If someone is looking for something specific in Kothrud, we usually have an idea of where to look. It’s not a complicated business, really. You just have to be honest with people. Sometimes the market is up and sometimes it is down, but we just stay steady. We don't use those fancy real estate phrases you see in brochures. We just tell it like it is. People seem to appreciate that. We've seen Kothrud grow and expand so much over the years. It used to be much quieter. Now there are apartments everywhere. We just keep our small office running and help whoever comes in. We don't have a big team, so you usually end up talking to the same person every time. It keeps things personal. We just do our work and go home. That's our way of doing things here at Phase Iii.
