Anil Real Estate is over here in Vishrantwadi. We’ve been sitting in this same spot for a while now, looking out at the traffic and the people walking by every day. It’s a small office, nothing too fancy, just some desks and chairs where we handle the property stuff. People stop by to ask about places to rent or buy, and we show them what’s in the files. Sometimes the fan makes a bit of noise, but it keeps things cool enough. Vishrantwadi is a busy area, always something going on outside the door. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just looking at maps of the local blocks. It gets a bit dusty in the afternoons when the wind picks up, so we’re always wiping down the table. There isn't much to say about us really, we just open up early and stay until the sun goes down. Most of the folks around here know where we are because we’ve been at this address for so long. We deal with all kinds of paperwork and talk to owners and tenants. Sometimes it’s quiet, and sometimes three people walk in at once and it gets a bit crowded. We just try to get the details right and keep the keys organized in the drawer. If you’re walking around this part of town, you’ve probably seen the sign for Anil Real Estate on the street.
