Anandtara Properties : Olive Orchard

We are set up at Survey No 126 on Chinchwad Morya Samadhi Mandir Road, right in the Ganesh Nagar area. This place is pretty well-known because of the temple nearby, so we get a lot of people passing through. At Anandtara Properties, we’ve been focusing on the Olive Orchard project and the land around it for a good bit of time. The office is right there on the site, so we get to see the progress every single day. It’s often a bit dusty because of the construction work nearby, but that’s just part of the job. We have a lot of maps and blueprints spread out over the tables most of the time. People come in with all sorts of questions about the plots and the layout of the area. We try to give them the facts without any fluff. Chinchwad is a growing spot, and Ganesh Nagar is right in the middle of it all. Working here means we deal with a lot of noise from the road and the site, but we don't mind. It’s good to be where the action is. We usually have some cold water ready for anyone who walks in out of the heat. It’s a busy environment, and we’re mostly just trying to keep everything organized and on track. We don't have any fancy presentations, just the actual plans and a bit of local knowledge. We have a large whiteboard where we scribble down notes and phone numbers that we need to remember. The floor usually has mud on it from the site.
