Anand Rathi Securities Ltd has a spot here in Pune at Flat No 07 in the B Wing of Motiram Nagar Society. We are located in the Warje area, which is near the Cipla Foundation. It’s a fairly quiet residential society, so it doesn't really feel like you’re at a high-pressure finance job when you walk in. The office is inside a flat, which gives it a very homey feel. We’ve got our workstations set up in the main rooms. Most days are spent looking at the market and talking to people about their investments. Since we’re near the Cipla Foundation, people use that as a landmark to find us. The parking can be a little tricky if you have a big car, but we usually manage to find a spot. We don't have any big corporate signs out front, just a small one so you know you’re in the right place. The team here is small, and we’ve worked together for a long time now. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the paperwork that piles up. It’s a honest way to spend the day. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with fancy furniture. We just do the work and go home to our families in the evening. It’s a nice part of Pune to be in, away from the extreme noise of the city center.
