We set up our office in Swaroop Nagari, which is in the Warje Malwadi area near Kothrud. We are pretty close to Ambar Hall, which is the main landmark we tell everyone to look for. It’s a decent area, not as crowded as the city center, which we like. Anand Estate Consultant is where we spend our mornings and evenings. During the day, we are usually out on our scooters checking out properties or meeting owners. Kothrud has changed so much, with new apartments popping up everywhere. We try to keep track of who is selling and who is looking to rent. Our office is a simple one-room setup with a few chairs and a ceiling fan that works most of the time. We don't use big words or try to act like we are some big-shot consultants. We just know the local rates and which developers are reliable. People in the neighborhood trust us because we’ve been around. We help with the registration and the boring legal bits that come with buying a house. It’s not glamorous, but it’s important work. We like to sit with a cup of coffee and talk through the options with anyone who walks in. We aren't in a rush. Finding a home takes time, and we understand that better than most. We just keep our heads down and do the work honestly.
